Apple Nachos
It doesn't get much easier than whipping together these colorful, crisp apple nachos. These are perfect for a quick breakfast or afternoon snack. Use whatever toppings you have on hand—from simple to rich & decadent. This can be made for a group or it can easily be scaled down to a single serving.

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp iO organic raw pumpkin seeds
- 2 Tbsp iO organic raw sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup Dark chocolate chips
- 1 Tbsp iO organic refined coconut oil
- ¼ cup iO organic almond butter
- 2 medium Fuji apples cored and thinly sliced
- 2 medium Granny Smith apples cored and thinly sliced
- ½ Tbsp iO organic wildflower honey
