Tropical Granola Bars
Equipment
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 9"x13" baking dish
- Parchment paper
- Measuring cup(s)
- Large bowl
- Mixing spoon
- Cutting Board
- Cutting knife
- Airtight container
Ingredients
- 3 cups iO organic Tropical Trail Mix
- 2 cups Old-fashioned oats
- ½ cups iO organic pitted dates
- ½ cup iO organic almond butter
- ¼ cup iO organic whole raw almonds
- ¼ cup iO organic wildflower honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°. Line 9"x13" baking dish with parchment paper so that the paper extends about 2" over opposite sides of dish; spray with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, stir all ingredients until well combined. With wet hands, press ingredients into bottom of prepared dish and bake 25 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Rotate once halfway through baking. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
- Using overhanging sides of parchment paper, transfer the full bar to a cutting board; remove parchment paper and cut into 12 rectangles. Store bars in airtight container up to 1 week.
